There can not be any reselling of items by a vendor.  For instance, you may not sell items such as "Pampered Chef", "Scentsy", "Papparazi",  "Mary Kay", "Avon", etc items bought from another retail source or wholsale source.  For more information on what is allowed, please see the vendor page on Arts and Crafts.
